SPECIFICS wasn't born in a classroom or a conference room. It was built in the middle of real life — through loss, transition, heartbreak, and the slow, holy work of rebuilding. Melody, Sonia, and Erin each walked their own road through seasons that threatened to define them. And in those seasons, they discovered the same truth: healing that actually holds has to start with God at the center of it.
Together, they founded It's Not Over, a faith-based coaching ministry built on the belief that no story is too broken to be redeemed. As coaches, they have walked alongside hundreds of men and women who were trying to find their footing again after life fell apart. Marriages in crisis. Identities shattered by loss. Finances in chaos. Emotions running the show. They've sat across from all of it, and they've learned what works, not theory, but truth that has been tested in real pain and proven in real restoration.
SPECIFICS is the framework that came out of those conversations. It's not self-help dressed in scripture. It's a Spirit-led process for bringing every area of life back into alignment with God's design, because Melody, Sonia, and Erin have each lived what it means to go from surviving to whole.
